no more events after 1900

Hi. I can't find a "search" button so I ask my question. I'm playing germany (GC in french). I had a CTD and now, no events happen any more (since 1900). There's only one party in Germany (zentrum), it's said that "Revolution and Conter Revolution" has no effect... How can I fix my save?

Fixed! I've found the missing line. But now, I can't create satellites!
