no cb wars

Hello,
I have never played as brandenburg before so im not posting this in bug forum to start.
The thing im noticing with the patch is a lot of the hre countries are going to war without cb against me. Also they are going to war when they have 0 chance to win is this just an hre thing that i have never encountered before? anyone else noticed this?
vanilla game 1.37.1 game version.

That should not happen. Which checksum is displayed in the main menu(the one in the launcher doesn't count)? Can you post a save in which such a war is about to start and a save in which it has already started?
