My religion refoemed by a nobody

In my endeavors to try and reform my religion, I increased its moral authority to 50 before my character had the 750 piety to actually reform it. During this time, some landless guy reforms the Romuva church into the Old Romuva church and now I am stuck with the reforms.....this guy owns ZERO land...its like he is hosting the entire religion out of his house.

On top of that, I cant tell what my reforms are

All religions should be infinitely reformable, but only if their MA is high and the religion is unreformed (time to lay down the rules) or if the MA is low and the religion is already reformed (time for a Protestant Reformation !).
