Hey,
we try to play a 2 player multiplayer game but after lo0ading the save game, we get constantly out-of.sync problems.
One player has all dlcs, the other player has none of them.

Could this be the issue?
I would buy the dlcs if this solves the issue, but buying them and then not being able to play the game would be bad.

The funny thing is that we switched from CK3 to Vic3 because of exactly the same thing.

Would be so happy if we could get some help

No, that is normal - only the host's DLCs are taken into account, what other players own are ignored. It works like that in all our games.

Never buy DLCs to fix this or any issue!

Are there any mods involved? If so please test with a new campaign with NO mods at all enabled.

Otherwise, this may be a firewall getting in the way. If you both have VPNs, try running those before starting the game - any better?

We don't use any mods and also no VPN.
We're in the same local network

All MP traffic goes via the Nakama MP servers, being on the local network together makes no difference to that.

Without a VPN this is going to be difficult to diagnose. Can both of you please play a test MP game with some other person or persons? This is to see which of you two has the problem, or maybe both!
