After patch 1.1.2f1 I have motion blur. All cars and movable objects create a trail. I thought maybe this was a simple switch issue the patch created. So I looked in settings but the setting was set to disable. I then changed it to low played the game and it got worse. I went back in and set to disable and it got better but is still there. This was funny for a minute since watching a busy street was like watchin g kids finger paint in a straight line. Is there anything we can do to fix this?

That sounds like DLSS ghosting artifacts. If you are using DLSS you may try to turn it off to see if it helps. (DLSS was added with latest patch is it may turned itself on by default)
