Modding Escort fighter brigade

I don't know if this is still up-to-date (1.13 or 1.14) ?

In AoD 1.12 "db /e vent commands" date Jan 24th 2015

These commands do not work.

by the way: torpedo_plane ?

Yes, I just ran into the same issue 2 days ago while finishing up the air doctrines for 1.13. It appears that brigades are not allowed (have the ability) for the weather modifiers. It's also an issue with cag, escort_cag, naval_spotter_l, naval_spotter_s, naval_cc_cag, hac_cag, ahs, and all other brigades. I'm guessing it makes some sense since brigades can be attachments that never move on their own (e.g. mines, asw, etc.).

As for the torpedo_plane, never seen that one in AoD.
