I am using the Hearts Of Iron editor, my new minister pics I downloaded and converted to BMP will not show in the editor. They normally do. I checked that they are the right dimensions. I checked that they are the right format. It won't work no matter what I do. Its extremely frustrating. The method I have used has worked for years with my other contributions. This is for my Timeline 191 mod. Can someone please look at these images and tell me what I am doing wrong? Here is a link to the mod so far too
