Loading crashes at Database II after modding

I'm encountering a frustrating issue with Vic2. Whenever I try to load the game, it crashes at the "Database II" stage. I think it has to do with me creating a new country through modding. It's worth mentioning that I've successfully loaded the game with modded in countries before, but this crash has only started happening recently.

I'm hoping someone here can help me find a solution. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

It's ussally a mistake, a comma, wrong scope, or just wrong bracket. Check again those files and see if you can find the mistake. As far as I remember, Database II crashes when I mod files in /common folder
