"Oui, mon camarade. But the captain is the one you need to speak to." Yellow nodded in the direction of Standish.

Leaning against the edge of the boat as the men prayed, Armando could only keep his views to himself, as he watched the French speaking man climb aboard. Eyeing the Frenchman slowly, he used his foot to drag the black carrying bag closer to his side.

With his bag slung over his shoulder, Yellow walked towards the prow of the ship as it went underway, enjoying the fresh sea air. Or at least he did until a burst of spray hit him in the face. Taking out his handkerchief he mopped his face and cleaned his glasses before declaring to the world at large "Now I remember why I don't like boats."

(OOC: is this dead?)

OOC: okay, cool :) I just wanted to check since everyone was being so quiet :p

OOC: Oh, I just felt like I didn't need to say anything. Sorry!

Papineau was enjoying the maritime air and the sun and went to talk to the Father "Alors mon père, how did a catholic priest end up in the Internationale ???""

Father Thorn smiled at Papineau, "Well lad, when you're a devout priest of Irish descent who is tired of a British king dictatin' yer life, you see the Trade Unionists in a pretty good light. The Union of Britain is rather tolerant of religion anyway, considering the fact that they haven't forcibly closed down churches. Well, as long as we keep that bastard Mosley out of office. I've fought too hard for God's plan for the Totalists to totally ruin it."

After wandering around the ship until he had found a secluded spot, Yellow sat down and carefully fished out the TYLER machine from his travel bag. Removing a complicated looking component from it, he placed the rest of the machine back in the bag and removed a screwdriver. As he began making imperceptible adjustments to the component he began to sing underneath his breath.

"Men and liberals, ye whose action; put to rout the tory faction..."

(OOC: to the tune of http://youtu.be/K8ft371DLlo)

Papineau smiled at the Father. "I can completly understand you on that, mon père. But I'm a bit new on the UoB politics...what is that new Totalist non sense that is going around? And is it really menacing to become popular with the people?"

Thorn cleared his throat, careful not to get into a fit of rage. The word "Totalist" alone was enough to make his blood boil. "Well, after 11 years of prosperity under our lovely Radical Socialist system, a disgruntled totalitarian madman named Oswald Mosley wishes to burn it all way by implementing an authoritarian and medieval style regime like the failed Bolsheviks of Russia attempted to create. In such a system, the government not only owns every single factor of the national economy, but also the minds and souls of its citizens through the outlawing of free speech, religious and political persecutions, and pervasive propaganda. Sounds a lot like pre-1925 Imperialism, don't you think lad?"

Papineau looked back at Thorn with amazement: "But surely Father, it can't be THAT bad? I mean, who would approve that?"

Thorn sighed again, pausing for a few seconds. "Well I know the movement is popular with those of forceful and charismatic personalities. Just listen to Mosley's speeches. He gains people through the heart. Well, as we know, Jeremiah 17:9 says that The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? And how!"

Armando, staring out at sea, cigarette in his mouth, proceeds to speak. "Priest, I ask you to please stop with those religious ramblings. Not all of us are comfortable with them."

Father Thorn sighed, and nodded. "I apologize. Alright, because you asked politely..."
