King vassal of Duke (who was a vassal of other King)

Playing as Bavaria, at war with King of Germany/Burgundy. Offered peace deal to King offering to vassalise myself to him. King accepted (as King of Burgundy) but became my vassal instead. I then pledge allegiance to the new King of Germany, King of Burgundy remained my vassal.
