I have one. Playing as Commune of France and I have just defeated Russia. The event triggers of "Bitter Peace" where Russia capitulates and becomes a puppet of Commune of France. Unfortunately, when this occurs, a lot of the members of the Internationale Alliance leave the Alliance, and the remaining members declare war on Vietnam (which was also a member of the alliance).
Also, it causes me to have peace with Germany (which itself had capitulated in Europe earlier and is now just the few Pacific Island regions and Chinese peninsulas.
I think the issue is that Russia was at war with Vietnam and was allied to Germany, and the way the event takes place is that it seems to create a status quo peace with Russian Empire and than an alliance with them. The German capitulation event worked fine though.

Two more things:
4) At the start, all German divisions with artillery attached have the very basic pre-WWI model of artillery, instead of something more realistic. This seems a simple enough mistake to fix.
5) I would like to see an event chain regarding the Jews of Eastern Europe, who numbered more than 6 million. Since they were usually middle-class, educated people who spoke a Germanic language (Yiddish), rising nationalism and therefore hatred of anything seen as German-sympathizing like the Jews in the German clients combined with old Tzarist antisemitism should make an ugly combination.
Perhaps there should be choice events for Lithuania, White Ruthenia and the Ukraine, where National Populist groups prepare pogroms... the respective governments can smash them (large dissent) or appease the Nationalists by throwing the Jews out of the country (lower dissent because the Nationalists and antisemitic peasants are happy, but lose manpower, money and maybe even some industrial efficiency), along with events for Germany and the Ottoman Empire regard the fate of these people.

It is not allowed to argue and debate racial matters or any other thing which recall the holocaust on the forum and in the game too.
Personally, I enjoy this game and I wouldn't like to see the horrors of the real world carried in any Paradox's game.
He's not asking this to be implemented in the vanilla game, he's making a suggestion (one I don't agree with personally) that it be implemented in a mod that you have a choice to download or not.

Aren't there mods with swastikas in them though? I think World in Flames has a swastika as Germany's flag. They are quite prominently in the game, in violation to what the rules say.

As I recall there is an event for National France where it can choose to protect or deport it's jewish population.
I think ignoring the cruel realities of history is Censorship and frankly unjust to the victims.

Regarding the United States Civil War, I believe there should be some locked Garrisons deployed in key spots for all sides, so as to elongate the war, but also prevent the mess that often occurs (with the 3 or 4 sides being strewn randomly across the states).
Also, I noticed that the American First capital was changed from New Orleans to Atlanta. Was that intentional?

I think they should remove a-bombs from game also, the worst weapon of mass-destruction ever.. and air bombings, tanks, war, nazis, communists, imperialists.. leave only sweden and flowers! and free tibet! i mean german laws are the real laws, but chinese laws are not laws at all.
