Is there any way to make the UI larger?

I play the game full screen on a lower resolution than my monitor to increase the UI size. 1280x720 or 1366x768 for a 1080p monitor.

The two solutions are, as said, run the game at a lower screen resolution so the text is larger in comparison to the screen, or else buy a bigger monitor.
