After looking around the files of the mod for some time, I realised that Hardradi wanted to make this mod bigger than it is today. In fact, there are a lot of bookmarks done but not included and even the map extends to the first diadochi war, Alexander's empire is also there, so maybe the real intention of the mod was not being Epigoni mod but diadochi mod.

So my question is, the mod is going to be completed with all those things that are already in it but not implemented yet or it will stay as it is? I still play this game from time to time while waiting for a ancient times mod for EU IV and it's really cool to see what Hardradi has already done.

I don't know personally but you could pm Hardradi. If you do, tell me his response in this thread.

Ok, I'll pm him right now!
