Hello since day one some Industrial & commercial signature building have no company working on it & so the building work only for bonuses & not for produce/sell goods

I encountered the same issue with milk factory, 1.0.13f1
Steam version. Factory was unlocked, but no company inside, so it stays empty. Had the same issue with other unique factories in other same game, but with unlimited money and unlock all mods enabled

I found that also in some signature industrial building, but it was because it should be put onto an area of underground water source. It was one related to Electricity. Can't figure out about the others, like the commercial ones.

Has there been any update on this?
I have the same problem with some signature buildings in my city.
For example chemical plant, switchon and vehicle factory have a company.
Dairy house, the emerald building and oil refinery never had one.

I have this problem in these buildings:
- Dairy house
- Stone crusher
- Oil refinery
- Streamline Diner
