Date and time: Start on Sunday the 16th, noon EST or 6 pm CET.
Scenario: Ryoken's 1492, with a few edits for Netherlands, Persia and Austria.
Final player listing:
Austria - Enigma
Brandenburg - Drake
Denmark - King John
England - Devil
France - Duma
Netherlands - Gulliver
Ottomans - Belisarius
Persia - Hmmm
Portugal - Specterx
Russia - Cheech

Rules:
Most are from IE2, with a few tweaks. Once the game starts I'll be enforcing them, so if there's anything here you don't like(or that you'd like added), its time to post about it now.
*Cultures*
-major cultures = french , anglosaxon , iberian , dutch , german , scandinavian , russian , greek , arabic , Mongol , italian , persian
-minors cultures = romanian , slavonic , armenian , syrian , gaelic, basque , swiss ,czech , lithuanian , baltic , ugric , ruthenian, magyar, berber, georgian, polish, kurdish, uzbekh, kazakh
- exotic cultures = all cultures in asia , nubia , etheopia exept those mentionned above
1prov cultures will work the same as an exotic culture , except that it doesn't count for the max amount of cultures
a max of 6 cultures is possible , 1 prov cultures don't count (example syrian)
-major culture = you have to control all provs of the culture for 100years to be able to claim it , when you claim it then it wil be edited at the end of the session
-minor culture = you have to control all provs of the culture for 50years to be able to claim it , when you claim it then it wil be edited at the end of the session
-exotic culture = you have to control all provs of the culture for 5years to be able to claim it , when you claim it then it wil be edited at the end of the session
however if you loose more then half the provs from a culture for over 15years it wil be edited away again (this doesn't aply for cultures that the country started with at beginning of game)
*War and peace*
- forcing to release vassals are considered as part of peace agreement . there is no limit in the amount of vassals that can be forced to set free , but we wil consider each vassal as 15warpoints (15 a provence) that will be included in the peace treaty. Breaking an existing vassalage will be treated the same way. A break vassalage peace would be edited, to avoid unnecessary stab-loss. Don't abuse this, I'll be watching.
- treaties are available as peace agreements too (it must be accepted by two parts ) , these treaties could state a long peace (more then 5 years) , rights of colonization , the elimination of embargos , trading rights or even the exchange of provinces peacefully . these treaties must be respected by two parts .
- you need to be atleast 3 years at war with a country to be able to stabhit it unless you gain 99% warscore during this time.
-If at -3stab during player war you must accept next stab hit unless he has been making credible progress(Warscore has improved steadily over the last year)
-In the event a colonial war is declared, and agreed upon by the other player, no battles may be fought in Europe, or over European territory.
*Colonial*
- Han, cantonese and japanese culture provinces are offlimit until 1700, unless given to the player by an event, or colonised by the AI.
- Any nation can purchase an explorer or conquistador. The first one costs 1000 for England, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia & Spain, while others can buy the first for 500 ducats. The specialist will have a 5 year life expectancy. Each subsequent purchase costs an additional 500 ducats. No explorers or conquistadors can be bought that way before 1550, and 20 years must pass between one purchase and the next one.
-Muslim players may not colonise territories east of the Indus river before 1600. If conquered by Mughals, Goa and Bombay must be handed over to Portugal and not taken back before 1600.
-If Portugal hasn't established a sea connection with China by the time it gains Guandong, or discovered the province, the discovery will be edited in manually, and Portugal will be allowed to buy a 1-time army, at its normal army costs, in the province for the purpose of holding it from rebels until it explores all the way there.
*General behavior*
- if a country drops then he will be picked up in jan or straight away if at war
- countries that weren't played from start won't be added as regular players later unless at least 2/3 of the regular players agree
- insulting behavior won't be tolerated
- being late or not showing every session without warning or reason will result in Gm-inflicted penalties.
