What could go wrong indeed? And if some barbarous, renegade state should perpetrate certain acts against that most benevolent and peaceful republic, would it not be only just to do what is necessary to bring order.

I just read up the last three pages, great stuff. Nice to see another Democratic State in KR. If you get bored down the road, you can do what I'm doing, and declare Russia a Revolutionary Democracy, and simply DoW on all non-democracies. That's what I plan on doing with my Republic of China.
