The game launcher is unable to upload mods and displays the error message "Failed to retrieve tags for the selected game."

The game launcher unable to publish MODs. Everything was working fine before the update on June 11th, 2023, but this issue occurred after the update.This appears to be the same type of launcher error that occurred on June 5th.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
When clicking on "Upload MOD 上传MOD" an error message pops up saying "MOD creation failed. Unable to retrieve tags for the selected game. MOD创建失败 无法获取所选游戏的标签"
