I can't start King Arthur I - Nvidia Physx Problems - no answer

Hi. I am having problems with King Atrhur I. I can't start the game casue of Nvidia Physx problems. I am writing here cause I have no answer on my 2 e-mails by the support and have no answer on my thread on King Arthur I forums. Can I please get some help for my problems by the tech support for the product I bought and now I can't use. Here is the link of my original forum post with the details of the problem;
