Hello. I'm playing with Prussia, 1840, and I can't build armies on the Military menu. Why? Thank you in advance.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Perhaps all soldier pops are already employed? You can increase them by using national focuses to promote soldiers in preferebly your highest population provinces.
Or is it that you still can build them in provinces with available regiments for recruitment? Then it might be a bug, but not one i have exerienced before.
Have you lost a containment war or something? This is what you posted in another thread..
