How to remove mod from PC?

I had this mod a while ago but eventually grew tired of CK2 and had CKIII so deleted it, however my computer still shows version 2.2 of this mod occupying a gugabyte of disk space. I've purged and deleted the CKII folder in an attempt to get rid of it but it's still there taking up much needed space. How do I get rid of it?

CK2 mods are by default in Documents/Paradox Interactiv/Crusader Kings 2/mod.
If you won't use the game, it's mods and older save files anymore, then you can of course simply delete the whole CK2 folder there.
