how to download mods?

idk where to put this but, when ever i download a mod i can't play it. idk if you have to do it a certan way but it won't work. i want to download a mod for EuRome called Epigoni Mod but i want to wait for some one to help me with this. can some one give me instructions? im not very good with computers so i might be a bit slow.

You should ask this in EU:R´s mod forum, which you get access to when you register your Rome game.

you know a link would be great here, because i can't find it, i just thought it was common since that if your going to direct some one to go some where then you should put a link. thanks.

how would a link help when you can't access it anyway? as he said you have to register your game.
