How to create a OWN bloodline

So, could anybody maybe tell me how i can create my very own bloodline using the Holy Fury dlc.
So i want to make a completely new one and add it into the game. Please tell me which files i need to edit, since the explainations on the web are far too short and dont cover anything at all.
