How do create a new titular title?

I'm trying to write the lines in the swmh_landed_titles file from Historical_Immersion_Project mod folder but it doesn't do anything. Where else should I write the code? And making a different mod breaks the game if there are rebels, making the land where there were rebelions inaccecible.

Not that i have made one recently, but i may have an idea..

First of all, maybe your text there in landed_titles isn't correct or you made a bracket mistake or such.
Missing info.

Then there is also history/titles, which you apparently are missing.
