I'd like to make it so that a habitat can only be built if the number of systems you control is over ten times greater than the number of habitats (inhabited/un-colonized/being built) you already control.

I can't find a smooth way to do A < B in a conditional though. I'm down a rabbit hole of trying to use calc_true_if with variables because export_trigger_value_to_variable can collect the output of count_owned_megastructure and count_owned_sector where as those triggers themselves can only be used with the equals operator.

Before things get too wild I thought I'd take a knee and ask if anyone here knows how to do what I'm looking to do inside the possible block
