Have the Monogamous/Polygamous/Concubines traditions be cultural pillars instead

It seems a little redundant especially since players rarely go out of their way to choose them as traditions. They're probably better suited as being in the same category as aesthetics and martial custom and saving the players needed space for any other tradition.
