I guess it could be a sort of germany flag with a bit of austria in there, to make the austrians feel good, or something. Make up for the fact that they can't have their own thing going anymore and stuff.
In a way, that's the modern German flag incorporating the colors of the old Empire and Austria (Black and Gold) and red representing the Hanseatic League.
Ehmm, no, the German flag consists of the black, gun powder of the revolution, the red, blood the revolutionaries lost, and the yellow, bright future.

That's a myth, the origin of the colors are not known for definite, there's a few theory’s around it.
There's no separate tag or flag for a greater Germany, although now that you mention it, it could be interesting to mod it in. I wonder what flag it would have. Would Swiss or Czech be accepted cultures?

if I want to create an event, that, let's say in case Vienna and Bern (maybe Brussels and Rotterdam also) are part of Germany, then I can rename her to "Greater German Empire" with its own flag and cores, how should I do? no idea how to mode, but I think it could be interesting to see such a geopolitical monster in Europe
