I was playing as Hauteville Sicily earlier and this was really the first time I ever won a battle of 6,000 against an enemy of 10,000 while attacking a non-Mountain area. I will admit I had a buttload of artifacts after decades of making them and passing them down as well as some mega character traits.
It's just good to know that it is possible to do, even though commanders like this are truly rare.
Speaking of which, it's sort of fucky how Baldwin IV of Jerusalem has mediocre stats if you choose to play as him. He should have war skills like Alexander except that he has a very short life expectancy.
