2 things.
1. I wanted to buy an Stellaris DLC on your webshop to support Paradox in some way as I expect you'll earn more from someone buying it directly from your page. However i was paying with my card, and it needed to wait for an 2 dollar payment to be registered in my account. I waited for an 10-20 minutes before i got bored and gave up.
2. I wanted to give feedback surrounding this and struggled to find a way, as there was so much automated responses, in the end I gave up and just went to the forum to give the feedback in this post.
(EDIT: Finally found out where to submit a ticket... )
There is no ill will, as I'll just buy the dlc on steam instead, which actually was calculated to be about 20 NOK cheaper than your webshop. But I thought it might be useful feedback to know that an customer willing to visit your webshop, felt it was too slow to actually confirm the purchase.
Other than that, thanks for VIC3, first paradox game I've actually played from start to the end. After about 5k hours of EU4/Stellaris/VIC2, VIC3 was my first to have the achievement of actually finishing the timeline given. Keep up the good work.
