Hi, I started to mod MotE recently. While writing events I noticed that "administration_skill" and "military_skill" effects don't work work accordingly, unlike "diplomatic_skill". I will be glad if you will fix this somehow.

Sadly. I think this should apply to monarchs/country leaders, because they give some buffs. I'll come up with something.
