Editing save to change a game rule

Hello,

I have looked and searched a lot but I cannot find an answer. I want all titles in the game to keep their original name and not carry over the name of the dynasty that owns it like it happens with characters of the Islamic religion. Like if the kingdom of persia is independant and around I want the map to show Persia as the name and not Abbasids for example.

To accomplish this the game rule "Titles Named After Dynasties" must be set to off. In the save files it's listed as "dynasty_title_names"
