It's not clear to me if you've gone through the migration to Steam or not.

If you are still using the GG version, then 2.0.2 is the last ever patch for that - you cannot use this or any other subsequent patch.

If you are now on Steam, where you got the game from originally is irrelevant - Steam has already patched your game.

It is also worth to mention, that GG provides the latest Steam version if you wish to keep your game updated. On the GG shelve you will find the appropriate steamcodes.
