Ck2 Stuttering

Ever since the game became free to play and the update, my Game stutters heavily when it didn't before, I am aware the game went on 64bit, but my computer its well above the minimum requirements so, i'm wondering if I am alone in this or has this happen to anyone else.

Does this happen on a regular basis, say the around the same day each month/six months/year?

There's no specific time it does it everyfew seconds, and the game becomes unplayable

In what speed does it stutter the most? Is the stutter more manageable in lower speeds? How long has the game been going? Also, does this happen immediately after starting the game, or after a few hours of play?
