NOTE: I HAVE NO DLC BUT I HAVE TO SELECT ONE
When you click on the county of Vrhbosna, the city is called City of Vhrbosna, when it should be City of Vrhbosna. Also when checking your vassals under the military tab it's written as City of Vhrbosna.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Click on county of Vrhbosna in Croatia (In the screenshot the year is 972, but any time should work if the county and city exist)
2. You will see the city is written as City of Vhrbosna instead of City of Vrhbosna.
