Game crashes at Launch

What is your game version?
latest

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
None, this is a fresh install

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Launcher opens up fine. When I run the game, I get the Colossal Order and Paradox screen splash, and the game crashes to desktop.
After searching the forum, I downloaded the cities bat file and amended my launcher with the cities.bat %command% at launch, that crashes to desktop with no splash screens.
The log file last entry says:
error [GamesHandler]: Couldn't check ownership status for the game null: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'keyValuePairsService')

It is attached.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Yes. I restarted the game. It crashed again.

That fix is for the launcher itself not starting. As yours does, it cannot help your problem.

Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
