Still hoping for EightDeer to return and continue this wonderfull cheat mod, it still works though incase anyone is wondering.

Based on what i found in my mod storage you enter
event panadel.060
into the console.
Best by creating a proper mod.
Txt file goes into events and the csv file into the localisation folder.
That said, isnt that mod outdated ?
The files i got are from 2015, so could be. An early mpost of mine claims one or two things not working
anymore some years ago already.
Even EightDeers last version i got is from 2017, though FunGaming above said it stll worked in 2019...
Anyway, you can try.
Regarding commands on offer, you can find them either on the Wiki page for console commands
or by typing 'help' into the console and scrolling upwards.
Regarding cheat mods i recommend the Sketchy Cheat Menu together with Kurushimis cheat mod
or Slvrbuus Cheat menu mod. All on the Workshop and i think i posted manual downlaod links
for variants of the last versions of these mods in their respective thread here.
