Hi everyone !

With my brother, we like to play in mp with the same dynasty but it's hard to find 2 characters that are not each other heirs ( father, son ...). We tried house d'Anjou (2 brothers), house Jimena (2 brothers), house Etichonen (2 cousins) and house Balgarsko (2 brothers).

Do you know more characters we can play together ?

Or is it posible to create two custom characters with the same dynasty ?

Thanks

Habsburg some later start, Father is emperor, Son is duke of Austria, nephew count of Argau, and one dude duke of carinthia, but can't remember relationship.

Some Karlings at ToG start, but thats to boring for me.

Uorochonen (or something like that at ToG (in Carintiha and Southgermany somewhere)

Maybe some Arpads in Hungary at 1000something.

Alania in 769 is a four-county duchy that is governed by a father (duke) and his three sons (the counts). Play as two of the sons.

It's a potentially very hard start though.

Or Zoro brother as sister, you can marry eqch other :) Just use differen succession laws. One primogeniture and the other ultimogeniture ;)

Boleslaw Piast, King of Poland and Wladyslaw Piast, Duke of Mazovia in 1066 are brothers. Wladyslaw starts infirm though, so it might be hard to keep him alive. Also sons of Boleslaw III after 1138 and their descendants.

In 867 you have the Liudolfingers in Saxony with the second son already a Count under the Duke. There are a few Welfs scattered around under the Karlings. And of course there are a bunch of Karlings to choose from.

In 867 there are the Ynglings; Haraldr Fairhair is the duke of Ostlandet (in norway), and he also has 2 landed cousins, 1 being a vassal of his in oppland. The other is a vassal of Ivar the Boneless in Dublin, Ireland. It would be very interesting for one of you to play Fairhair and for the other to play the cousin in Ireland. Vikings!!! One could form Scandinavia, the other Brittania, helping eachother along the way. You could also play the same dynasty starting in 1066 as the king of norway and his son.

Denmark's king in 1066 also has a landed son, plus like 8 other unmarried kids, giving you great marriage alliances. Plus the Estridssen CoA is awesome.

Harold Godwinssons house (of Godwin) also has a couple landed members in the 1066 stamford bridge start, im pretty sure. (Yes, there is King Harold, and Duke Gyrth of East Anglia, in suffolk)

Also in 1066, the Rurikids in russia have like 10 landed family members, all counts and dukes.

The De Hauteville's are a norman dynasty in apulia (sicily), one is a duke, the other is a count and vassal. They're brothers.

In 769 there are two members of House Muhallabid, one if the Sultan of Africa, the other is the Sultan of Egypt.

There are Capets in Loon, Bourbon, and.... errr.... somewhere else [edit: Pfalz, I think, maybe] in the 769 start. I think two of them are bros.

They make for fun games.

They have a half brother (or something) who is a Babenberger too.
