I'm looking to make some mini modifications to Epigoni, such as a change capital function, that would change capital to some suitable locations, such as alexandria,babylon,attica,macedonia,rome, carthage, and so on. Sadly I have on experience in modding, would anyone be able to direct me how to do this?, I would like to have the possible capital choices concealed in a drop down decision, similar to the concubine or wonders window.

My thougths are that would need to make one decision for each proposed capital. The code for the effect is realtively simple:

There is an example decision with a capital change in Epigoni. See bm_diadochi_kingdoms.txt file in the decisions folder.

Once you have developed the decision you can check in game to see if it is working. Then you need to create the localisation for the decision. This is also pretty easy and you will find many examples of this in Epgioni.
