Bulgaria IMRO decision bug

When you do focus "Skirmishes against IMRO" the decision disapears and leave you with these nasty debuffs in Sofia and Plovdiv. It makes playing hard because u cant deploy units in the area because of 100% attrition and no strategic deployment. Please fix this.

Still there, It seriously ruined my campaign. That is probably the buggiest dlc ever released by paradox. Fix!

This bug hit me on my very first playthrough of HOI4, while still learning the game (I guess also bad choice of first DLC...). Real shame as it's a game breaking bug and leaves no option than to scrap completely the playthrough after 10+ hours of gameplay
