Description​

When going down the UK fascist path there is no option to hold a blackshirt march in the state of Cumbria. This has been the case since Northern England state was split into Cumbria and Northumberland.

Steps to Reproduce​

Play as UK, pick focus "a change of course" and then "organize the blackshirts". In the decisions tab there is no option for a march in Cumbria.
