Playing Germany, it's early September 1939. I disabled early Weltkrieg restrictions in the game rules, and it started in mid 1936. I got Russia into the Reichspakt and won within a year. I continued fighting with Bulgaria against the Belgrade Pact and am currently helping the Union State. Suddenly I got the same Black Monday event from the start of the game, and even if I use console commands to remove it, it takes me through the same list of events. I've already done the Finish Black Monday Reforms focus, so it seems impossible to fix. I'm assuming it's a bug since it makes no sense. The game continuously crashes around this time as well.
Is this supposed to happen? What could be causing the bug? Does it have something to do with the fact I've been at war the entire game?
