What do I do in order to play any country I want? I want to play the U.S. in one of my games that I converted from EUII.

When you select the scenario, you get a row of flags at the top where you can select which nation you want to play. Right-click on any of those flags and you will get a drop-down list of all available countries.Strategos' Risk said:

What do you mean by converted?
Whenever you right click on a flag in the top row you should get a drop down list to scroll for all available nations (barring those already available in the top row of course).

It's a EUII game that I converted for Victoria. When I right-click on a flag, some other countries do show up, but only about five or six. There's no list to scroll.
