Automatic turning dictatorship- changed?

I don´t know if it has been a change or if I have an error in my game.
I had a communist party over a month and had no change in constitution. Shouldn´t it be that, or am I remember wrong?

By looking at the events of this file you'll see that these events don't have the usual set of triggers. It's totally up to the game engine when one of these events triggers, i.e. it's entirely random. You might have been unlucky. By going back to an old savegame and using the cheat "handsoff" you can easily test this by simply letting run Ricky for a few months while you're only watching.
