Asia Chapters?

I've read on a couple of sites that Paradox released a special expansion pack for this game exclusive to the Asian market. Apparently it was called "Asia Chapters" and had a bunch of extra content for countries like China and Japan and a few new scenarios. Has anyone here actually seen or played it?

Europa Universalis II Asian Chapters

Hello! I just want to know is Europa Universalis II Asian Chapters worth to buy if I have EU II already? Or if I buy EU II Asian Chapters do I need EU II anymore (original one)?

Thanks! I've never seen this "in the wild" and I was starting to think it was a myth. I was going to ask if maybe Paradox could make a port for modern OS so we could run it with the versions of the base game sold on GOG and Steam, but since a) It wasn't made by Paradox, and b) It's standalone, I don't think that will happen anytime soon...
