AoD Minimod: Standardized Portraits and Flags

This is a small mod that fixes lots of minor graphical flaws in AoD 1.12. Over 500 minister, leader, and technology pics have been redone to fix issues such as missing portrait frames, incorrect sizes, and inconsistent coloration, among other things. I've also redone most of the game's shields and flags to make them look more clean and consistent. If there are any flawed portraits that I missed let me know and I will include them in the next revision.

I have been working on files and a lot of pictures for about one year now and those includes improved pictures for sure.

T11002 from one of the warlords and Sweden’s old T3214 has been improved during the process.

You can look at the old Chinese warlords should be something there. If you have time and interest we need support on flags and shields at the graphic thread(dh).
