AOD 1.12 - Sometimes the control group will be lost, you need to reform the group

Had this issue in DH, but when I'm playing AOD this week, also encountered this issue several times as well. the DH bug report is below for reference, I didn't test the same scenario in AOD to reproduce the issue, will revert back later on.

I'm using the non-English version of Windows, the default input is English, however, the OS has another input: Chinese. I just doubt whether it is related to this issue as I didn't see anyone report a similar issue.

We'll have the team retest this, but I did update the function keys when fixing the shift key not allowing capitals letters.

After my play sessions this week, I found it's not the same case as DH's. The control group will be lost after the strategic deployment, I don't know whether it works as designed or a bug.

However, after several testing, the control group will not be lost after a couple of presses, this bug is in DH only.
