Wondering how HE is calculated in the game as I'm interested for a mod I'm doing.
My best guess was the Ammunition ndf (Gameplay/Gfx/Generated), but I might be off. Looking through it, it would seem that PhysicalDamages is the appropriate value, but I can't make any sense of it. The infantry weapons like SMGs and rifles seem pretty straightforward (.3 = 3 HE in game), but the values for tank cannons and LMGs/MMGs don't match up to the HE value displayed on the unit card in game.
Does anyone have more information on how the HE in this game is figured? It would be a huge help.
