I would like to play a grand strategy wargame on a fake world similar to earth but different continents, with several countries made of anthropomorphic animal population like in Zootopia, except similar with present day nation states personalities and core values without being necessary related to the actual real countries.
The weapons and economy would be modern and very similar to the present day world 2024, with jet planes and tanks. The game would be a sort of Hearts of Iron with modern weapons and similar combat, on an Earth that is not real Earth, but a bit like on Counter-Earth in MCU.
It would be fun to use modern weapons used by bunnies, farm animals, wild animal or pets a bit like the video game S.W.I.N.E.
