amazon wont dl preload, cant register key here at paradox

so amazon makes an unknown error trying to DL, and under my games here at paradox, there is no starvoid in the drop down menu. what to do? also, dont see an extra key for a friend , even though it said it would

Game isn't released for pre-order at Steam yet, not until later today. I'm guessing that that's the reason. Please try again once Steam has officially released it

Go to the Starvoid website and pick from one of the other places to buy that they have listed.
GameStop (for instance) seemed to have it.
