What are the requirments for ai to pick the forge a bloodline ambition?
 
when i switch to play as the ai it show that picking that ambition is possible, but when i switch to someone else the ai just doesn't pick it, but if for example picking become paragon of virtue becomes available it instantly picks it.

I'm happy that you posted this, because it led me to dig into the game files and try to discover why the AI never seems to pick that ambition, and I'm afraid I discovered a bug preventing the AI from ever picking it. :( I reported the bug.
