A border incident?

Possibly but its quite the regular occurrence between Portugal and whoever owns the territory on the east coast of Africa, despite the owner or their relation. I cant see it being a constant stream of border incidents.

Edit: Also, thinking about it, if a civilized nation gets beat in a war, by an uncivilized it should automatically give the effects of a humiliation because... it is.

I don't know whether this is the right place to ask, but anyways:

Will the problem of static cores be fixed in ADH? I am tired to (e.g.) as Germany fight off reconquest-attempts from GB for Helgoland and from France for Elsass-Lothringen every five years. Options to remove foreign claims under certain circumstances via diplomacy, war or eventchains would be highly apreciated. After all, GB starting a great war over a tiny rock time and again isn't only unrealstic historically but makes no sence gameplaywise either.

Maybe a dynamic system distinguishing between cores and claims would be good. What if one could under certain circumstances claim certain regions for oneself (embedded in the system of war justification generation), but loose those claims if not pursued after some time? Then a long held aclaimed region with a high enough percentage of primary culture population would eventually turn into a core, cores in foreign hands would degenerate to claims after a certain time span if your primary cultures pops are no longer in majority?

Is such a system under devellopment, or will it be possible to mod something similar in under ADH?

I would really hope so, Darkest Hour got this distinction right.
